OUR FEATURED PLAN FOR APRIL: SEAGRAVES
Stately, yet traditional, helps describe the beautiful double covered front porch of the Seagraves plan. Entering the two-story foyer the living room and dining room which flank the foyer, leads pass the dual staircase. The family room is located on the back of this plan with a fireplace and built-in bookcases. Upon entering the family room there is a very open view of the kitchen with a serving bar, island and large pantry. The keeping room with fireplace and breakfast room have a very open feel to them from the host of windows across the back of the home.
Also located on the first floor is the 5th bedroom and full bath great for your guest. The dual staircase leads to the second floor where there are three secondary bedrooms, the laundry room and the master suite.
