OUR FEATURED PLAN FOR FEBRUARY: RIVER HILL
The River Hill is a new country cottage home plan by Frank Betz Associates, Inc. Some of the exterior features include window boxes, dormers, and a covered front porch along with a mixture of exterior materials.
The River Hill has been designed as a split bedroom plan. The master suite features a tray ceiling and a spacious master bath, complete with his & her vanities, garden tub and a separate shower. The vaulted family room is great for entertaining friends and family, with a very open view of the formal dining room as well as the open kitchen.
The kitchen offers ample storage space, center serving bar, and a breakfast nook. Located off of the kitchen are two secondary bedrooms and a full bath, and the stairs leading to the optional fourth bedroom, full bath and the bonus room.
