The McClintock
Today's lifestyles are changing, and our new narrow lot plans are very popular with singles and empty nesters alike. As you enter the foyer of the McClintock you're flanked by the dining room/study and the secondary bedroom with a full bath. In the center of the plan is the breakfast room, kitchen and the vaulted family room. To allow for extra floor space the designers have placed a TV niche over the fireplace. Allowing for privacy the master suite and bath are located to the rear of the plan; also off this hallway you will find the laundry room, hall closet and the door leading to the 2 car garage.
